SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are shipped from Victoria, BC. Orders take 1-5 business days to process. Customers will receive order and shipment notifications via email.

If you reside in or around Victoria, BC, local pickup may be arranged. Please select “STUDIO PICK UP” at check out and you will not be charged shipping. We will email you once your package is ready for pickup, along with address and pick up time information.

Domestic orders within Canada can typically be expected 3-10 business days after shipping. International orders may be expected 15-18 business days after ship date. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

Natalya Jane Ceramics is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the item is shipped it is no longer our responsibility. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any duties, customs charges and taxes charged by the country in which you reside.
